- Thank you for purchasing "ARAKITRONICS". This Read Me section includes
- the step-by-step instructions not explained in the manual.
- Please be sure to read these instructions so that you can fully enjoy this
- product.

- ============= Installation of ARAKITRONICS
-
- 1. Please insert the CD-ROM ARAKITRONICS into the CD-ROM drive.
- 2. From the File Manager, choose "Setup.exe".
- 3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
-
- Warning:
- *Avoid installing in the root directory
- *Avoid selecting the directory where other software is already installed.
- *When installing the new software , avoid selecting the directory where
- ARAKITRONICS's file is already installed.

- 4. To exit, press Ctrl+ Q key.

- ============= Installation QuickTime for Windows 2.03
-
- If you do not have the QuickTime for Windows, please install QuickTime
- 2.03.
- You must install the QuickTime for Windows. To install the QuickTime,
- click "Setup" button.

- ============= Arakitronics OPERATIONS
-
- "ARAKITRONICS" consists of three modes; the Arakitronics, the Suggested Order
- Movie, and the Footage Index.
-
- ARAKITRONICS:
- This mode enables viewers to see a slide show which includes the best 250
- photographs, selected from over 1500 shots.

- Footage Index:
- This mode enables viewers to access the desired photographs in Araki's
- shooting sequence. Selections can be made from 27 different thumb-nail
- movies. Slide up and down the footage screen in a vertical fashion to
- reveal more thunb-nail movie selections. Viewer can see the images in slow
- motion by placing the mouse on the selected image. Selected frames can be
- viewed in full size at any time by double clicking the mouse over the
- selected frame. The enlarged image will be followed by a slide show of the
- selected images. During the slide-show, pressing the tab key to display
- "thumb-nail" can be used in the same way as the index function, to select
- desired photographs.

- Suggested Order Movie
-
- This mode enables viewers to see photographs, taken from a selection of
- over 1500 shots, in random order. Every time this selction is made the
- ramdom order of the photographs changes as does the sequence of the
- photographs.
